Relay Pump Operations: Who Says It's Just for the Long Lay?

The pump operations in this article were stand alone operations in that the goal was to get as much water to a single pumper as possible because the fireground conditions required it. There is no other reason. Most departments using LDH would probably not think of using a relay for the short supply lines we used for our flow tests. Well as you can see it can make a difference.
