I foresee a set of kettlebells in every firehouse!

I could end the article there and call it a day, or I could go into endless reasons why I feel this way, and how every firefighter that took part in the program would benefit.

Mike was born in the borough of Brooklyn in the spring of 1958. He joined the FDNY in 1982, advancing to the rank of captain before his retirement in 2005. Mike resides with his beautiful wife Kim, on Long Island, NY.
