I just finished the hiring process for Charlotte and have a conditional job offer. I am waiting for an Academy date. Are there any Charlotte Firefighters on here that have been through the Academy recently that can offer some advice or share some war stories of what to and not to do?  Is there anyone else on here that will be going through it with me? Thanks.
