| Posted 27 days ago I love it, I watch it every time it's on...or DVR it. It's not the most realistic show but it's not supposed to be...Its just for entertainment...so I love it! Plus...Rabbit is hot...LMAO! I know you wanted to know that... |

| Posted 20 days ago I thought they blew the reality of it way out of proportion, I work in San Francisco, and we rarely have anything like what they show happpen, I can tell you they tried to get some of San Francisco Firefighters to play as background, only a few agreed, the rest said no, after a while they just stopped asking. Its a good show, dont get me wrong, I just think they should have scaled back on the severe and overboard senarios. |

| Posted 20 days ago i think they blew it out of porportion due to the fact people wouldnt watch it if it didnt have any excitement in it. Who would watch a show about making convolecent runs? | Posted 20 days ago a little over the top but good the medical side is off a little with universial SOP. the idea of the crews always being there before the engines and and a rescue helo being dispatched for little things is different. I also haven't seen much station time, they aren't the police they have a base. but it is fun to watch. |

| Posted 20 days ago I LOVE the show TRAUMA. It is a little over the top, but it is entertainment! It is awesome to have a show that is about EMS. I wish my partners I work with looked like the ones on the show! LOL! |

| Posted 20 days ago This is a pretty good show. I know that people get hung up on the fact of this stuff really doen't happen in real life and I do the same thing. I think shows like this one does EMS harm in some ways but on the other hand it gets young people excited about a new career choice. It's TV. At least we are getting away from reality tv shows! |

| Posted 19 days ago I watched 1 show and it sucks. That show cant even begin to be real or even close to it, what a joke and a total waste of time... Now i remember 3rd watch before it turned to way to much drama at least u can believe it is real to a point . 2 thumbs down |

| Posted 19 days ago I absolutely hated the pilot episode!!! the CPR was fake the crash looked fake, BUT the second episode was better and the third was better then that, and yes its over dramatic, I love how every week there is a new mass casualty its truly amazing, but its great entertainment and there arn't many shows out there that focus on the emergency services let alone the medical end. They could get more realistic but the action sells. |

| Posted 19 days ago IT ISN"T REAL GUYS!!!! thats why it looks and sounds fake! No show is going to have real CPR or real anything else...It was for intertainment and it entertained me just fine...even as a ff/medic. |
