Finally, there is a glove that takes care of everything we have complained about with gloves. They give you dexterity, they are waterproof, you can get your hand in when it is wet and the liner stays in the glove. Plus, they are all leather on the outside, so they are extremely durable. And, unlike the ProTec gloves, they are manufactured in the United States. I would highly recommend these gloves to anyone looking.

I met a Lee Kasten from Appleton WI not too long ago trying to sell our department that BS Paul Conway Shield glove. If you are the same guy shame on you trying to boost your no dexterity flimsy piece of crap gloves. Your vote don’t count you work for Paul Conway Shields!!!!!!!!!! No good salesman!! Get out of this forum and go push that crap you call a glove elsewhere. Any glove is better than the Paul Conway Shield glove.. Trust me this glove is a piece of crap!!!!!!!!!!

Paul Conway glove are not a good fit for female firefighter, very bulky. You feel the heat very quick and I received some stream burn using this glove. I would not recommend this glove, they said this glove is “designed for firefighter from firefighter” they are definitely not made for female firefighters.

I have been wearting these gloves for several months now. I purchased them at FDIC this year. They are the best pair of gloves I have ever owned. The liner stays in and they don't get all crispy when they dry out. They are also not as expensive as some of the other high end gloves I had before.
