| Description: | features a detachable auxiliary daypack and an integrated “smokejumper” style web gear system, all in one rugged backpack. The detachable daypack features a padded back with a single top loading zipper entry. It also has 1-qt. water bottle pockets on each side and outside elastic netting on the rear for aerating wet or soiled clothing. The web gear features a padded “S” harness system that self adjusts with body movements and an extra wide waist belt that is sewn into a rigid lower lumbar support. This harness system is comfortable to wear all day, even when the NF II is loaded with gear! The NF II also has a specially designed fire shelter pocket which is located close to and low on the body for comfort. The shelter pocket also uses a rip cord and harness system for quick and dependable shelter deployment. The whole pack features quick release buckles and adjustment sliders for easy fitting and every day convenience. The NF II firefighter backpack is constructed of 1000 denier Cordura® nylon throughout for excellent durability. Scotchlite® reflective trim is added on both segments for high visibility. All stress points on the pack are double stitched for extra–strength. The pack has a 1,345 cu. in. capacity. Available in red, green, or black. |

like the fact can adjust pack low or high; when detach day pack still have fusee & water on belt; and quick release for fire shelter, along with lumbar support, and can hold a hydration bag.
