If your looking for a good read that fits in with our lifestyle this is a good choice. It is full of camaraderie, description of fire behavior and quite a few technical terms. It was great for me seeing how i read the book right after graduation my first Academy. If you need definitions to the terminology there is an appendix in the back that gives you great descriptions of the terms used throughout the book. the author does a great job describing his work environment but i could go without his attempts at a love story.
