Our department issues these to every member. Each shift trains and utilizes these harnesses on a regular basis. Great survival tool. And personally a must have for RIT/FAST operations.

I don't have this identical harness, but I can vouch for Gemtor harnesses and fall suppression equipment. In my paying job I have two portable gemtor stanchions and several line systems. One of their harnesses have saved me once or twice while making some short tower work.
