These trucks can run around in 140 degree heat all day, then respond to a call and get the job done without breaking a sweat.

Got a 2000 E-One Heavy Rescue with 10 KW PTO generator and two hydraulic lines running in the front and rear for extrication. Tons of compartment space and plenty of room in the cab for a command post when the weather is bad, or for firefighters to warn up. They take a little bit of getting used to for inexperienced drivers to get a handle of and people have a tendency to turn too tight expecting a poor turning radius but it actually turns very well. Well worth the prise.

My department has this rescue. it is an amazing piece of apparatus. Very versitile and spacious. Acts as a great short term command post as well as a great lighting unti if equipped with the command light tower. My piece is eqipped with an air cascade system as well as a built in hydraulic sytem. Overal great unit!
