Very easy to use, and very productive. Can get a in truck charger unit which makes it all the more incredible...you'll never be on a scene without it!

Very rugged for such a hightech item. So many uses. Finding hot spots during overhaul, searching for trapped personnel, fire extension easily checked limiting unnecessary destruction, useful for checking hot motors and brake temperatures. looking for hot ballast among several burnt out light fixtures made simple. etc. Have you ever been at a MVA and wondered if there were ejected victims unaccounted for, if you are on scene early there will be a heat signature where each passenger was sitting.

We raised the money our selves to buy this about 5 years ago. When the salesman walked in with a demo he threw across the table. Then he picked it up, put the battery back in a turned it on and it surpised us by working like nothing had happened. That sold us. We bought one that night. Not that one of course. LOL!!!!

In my opinion, the best TI on the market. The thermal throttle feature is very useful. This TI is very rugged and user friendly.

we have 2 of these on our engines. We have used them for finding victims in houses, fields and the sort. very tough product. when we tested them before purchase we brought all the reps together for a demo. one guy asked each rep to toss him thier camera. only bullard would, knowing he wasn;t going to catch it. hit the floor and worked fine. MSA and olther wouldn't ever toss it. Bullard is tough and a great product.

Great piece of equipment. The only drawback I really didn't care for is that it's black and white and not color.

Very good camera. My department bought one this year and it does so much more than the older cameras. Must have for every department. Price not to bad for the capabilities of thermal imaging. Would recommend to any department.

Not the exact same model as our department but the model right before the T3MAX. Ours has helped us from searches to smoke investigations. A very useful, and potentially life-saving piece of equipment.
