This works great in some industrial CS applications. Can make PT moving very easy in and out of vessels that have obstructions. Also works great for hazmat rescue when you'd rather drag a PT rather than carry.

In our county we have a technical rescue team and in all of our training we have found nothing that we can not use this piece of equipment for. Our dive team purchesed a floation kit for it and now we feel that the sked stretcher as made our team a more efficent on getting the victums pakaged and to the parimedics so they have a greater chance of survial. Our team has been very impressed with the versatilty of this prduct.

it is one of the best ways to package a patient for high angle rescue operations. there is a picture in my album of me in one and i am about 8 stories in the air.
