Simple to use, lightweight and easy to clean. Composed of two plastic-coated, closed cell foam head supports, a universal attachment base and two durable head straps. Base plate fits all Ferno wooden, aluminum and plastic backboards. Head supports can be used on standard backboards, or turned around for use on the Scoop Stretcher

    this is a first rate product when it comes to spinal immobilization. it can be used effectivly even without a c-collar if neccessary.

    I have used these. They work well. I still prefer disposable stuff though.

    To much cleaning/Decon. They would get lost or stolen on the hospital side. We went with disposable. Use them and forget it.

    We used to use these but who can afford 140.00 cost just to never get the blocks back. Plus the time to decon.

    They do a good job but like others have said it takes a lot to clean them and decon them.

    i like the speedlocks over thease.with the speedlocks you replace the sponge cusions less decon time
