Great for when youhave to leave a pt. alone for a bit to triage others. The only drawback is that the adhesive only works well if the area is clean and dry. I have yet to see a sucking chest wound that is clean or dry!;-) This minor drawback can be overcome, though, with 3" tape on 4 sides.

I have used these on sucking chest wound. I prefer the hyfen chest seal over this anyday.
