We purchased six sets. Its good gear but the only thing I do not like is that you cannot remove the suspender from the pants. They are sewn it. steve-0

great gear i was just used to my globe gear. i like the scuff guards on the gear too.

excellent gear, have been in some pretty intense fires with this stuff on,total protection all the way! TOP OF THE LINE STUFF!!!!!

My old department ordered complete sets for the entire department of off the rack Fire Dex stuff. It was very well made, and performed perfectly. The new stuff has the removable suspenders, and wears great. Fire Dex off the rack was much better than the Janesville gear I used to wear that was custom fitted. Money well spent by our Chief if you ask me! Great padding in the high wear areas and the new drag device in the coats are a wonderful feature. You won't be unhappy with this gear....I'd like to try a set of custom gear sometime!

My department has used this for a few years now. I cant say a lot about it due to being a chief "my gear was usually jeans and a t-shirt LOL" For real though, The gear is very durable and maintains harsh use well.

I actually worked for the department that serves Fire Dex headquarters. Their gear has always been reliable, breathable, and easy to wear. Their customer service has been excellent. Any problems or ideas to improve their gear have always been welcome and sometimes your ideas are put into place, other times they take your idea and make it better.

Nice, with some good extras but twice ive seen that it didnt hold up in fire fighting condictions

I have Fire-Dex turnout gear, and I honestly can't imagine ever having anything different! Wouldn't trade 'em for anything !

Great Gear. We have the FX Gear. It fits nice and wears well. Easy to work in.
