This apparatus is amazing. I love these so much! I service them and they are a breeze! Pop off the cap and refill the dry chemical, and replace. Take out the cartridge and replace it with a new one, tamper seal it, clean it, and you're done! Needless to say they are easy to carry and many fire fighters I work with swear by them. Having used one on a fire myself, they are astoundingly effective and fast! A+ for the Ansul/Tyco Company for innovative design.

Used them on the ship great agent but when you go to check the level make sure you dont spill. A year later and Purple was still being cleaned up!!

I owned my own fire extinguisher company for 12 yrs. these are the toughest out there, but you will pay around $300 per extinguisher, in 20 yrs in the fire service i have only seen a handful of extinguishers used properly, water is cheaper and more plentiful. Don't waste the money.
