I have driven E-One truck and they have the room you need for every member on the truck. There allot of storage on the trucks for almost every type of equipment you use at fire scene.

We have 2 of these as Engines and 1 Platform and they are great, good turning radius great pick-up easy to drive and compact with lots of room if you have a problem with it wich is rare E-One will take care of it

Lots of room for everyony to dawn there gear, without smacking anyone in the mouth strapping on your SCBA. A joy to drive, just had to get use to the bus style mirrors. If you have pop up bin doors, beware! if there not locked, the incabin light will show there locked, but there really not. One good bump and the door pops open.

Great truck. Very well built with lots of storage space. Ours was on a Chevy chassis ad we did have some mechanical problems, but nothing at all with the construction itself.

The cab layout is very spacey, lot's of room for eveything. The D/O has user friendly controlls and the OCI seat is laid out with all that is needed. I am not a big fan of the compartment handles and the ladder storage area. The front end of the ladder storage area is open and the feet of the ladders get pretty dirty from the compartment not being closed on that end. I think it is a great Engine for the money as well............

i have to agree on the space that e-ones have but at my local dept. that is what all of our first out engines are and we have had nothing but trouble out of ours. its not so much big problems as it is little ones though. but overall yea these engines are designed well.

I helped spec a Tradition series pumper wth a Typhoon cab for my volunteer department. It has tons of room in the cab and the workmanship is great. I was impressed with the E-One plant and how smooth the operation appears to be. The Typhoon rides well and the stand up room in the back is nice. I'm really impressed with this vehicle and I hope when purchase another when finances allow.
