Excellent boot. A little pricey ranging from $250-$300. Very comfortable and very easy to break in. It feels like you are wearing a pair of tennis shoes. I have had these boots for about 7 months or so and they are great. I have worn them for extended periods and your feet do not ache like they do when you are in rubbers.n The biggest drawback is the price. Overall it's a great boot.

Unbelievably comfortable, have had them for just over a year, the got me through the fire academy and on to regular service. Great fit, not as light as my last boots but far more flexible.
The reflective material is in the wrong place as it is covered by the bunker pants.
Definitly would recommend them.- Flag as inappropriate

I was a big fan of the Warrington Pro Ultimate Power 14" Bunker Boot for a number of years and then I tried on a pair of the Globe Magnum Fire Boots and can't believe how comfortable and light they feel. I thought I was wearing New Balance Athletic Shoes! Great fit with two(2) different inserts for adjustable fit. Extreme Hot/Cold conditions feet still feel extraordinary! Have had them on for 18 hours and "my Tootsies still are Chill In!" Priced about the same as the Warrington Pro.

I recieved a pair of these boots when I finished rookie school and absolutely love them. They are more comfortable than the station boots I wear most of my shift. After wearing rubber boots for 5 years with a volunteer department, I am thinking of buying another set just to wear on my days off duty.

Very good boot. Globe stands out in the crowd. I wish I could afford a pair. I guess I will just have to keep selling them. Maybe a trial pair will come. If you have not tried them on yet, give them a try, you will want a pair yourself.

Side pull loops are a little longer than I need, but are great for guys with big fists. Crew comments regularly on how much more comfortable they are than our last round of boots.

Every one I know that has these really likes them, when I've tried them they were very comfortable. The only issue I've heard from any one is one individual had a large random hold form in the bottom of it...

Cost of comfort should not be an issue when you are in this occupation. The best $300.00 I have ever spent. I bought the boots a week ago and am in training with them. They are going to save my feet and keep me comfortable. I will never own any other boot.

This is the sweetest boot out. My department deals a lot with brush fires and many incidents with a ton of walking. Everyone walks around complaining in the boots, but i just stick mine in the air and say man these tennis shoes are killing my feet. AS a voluntter department with tight funding, you have to purchase them peronally to get what ya like, but well worth the money to me.

I have had rubber boots and leather boots and in the twenty years in different types of boots I have finally found the boot I truely cannot live without ! The first 30 minutes after I got them we made a call where I literally had to sprint while onscene and I could not believe how wonderful these boots felt. They feel almost as good as my Vasque running shoes. If you can get these do! You will not regret it.

For some unknown reason my chief is against leather boots. I have read all the new data on leather's and they are by far better than the old traditional rubber's or day boots for us old timmers. I recived a pair for a test run of the Globe Magnum, my feet have never felt so relaxed since 1984 when I first started this fire bussiness. I highly recomend these boots to everyone. As for price, check out the fire store.

Awesome boots. I picked up my pair at the NEAFC Chief's show in West Springfield, MA last year and they are hands down, the best leathers I've had. I had (actually still have, as back ups now) a pair of Warrington Pro's and don't get me wrong, those are good boots but they don't hold their form when in a hitch. These Globe boots give you the comfort of leather and the sturdiness of rubbers. The best part about the Globe Magnums for me is, no more cold feet in the winter. I've had my feet burried in 12 inches of snow digging out hydrants and these boots kept my feet warm and comfortable.
