I purchased this boot to replace my aging Striker GTX 8" Side Zip NMT Boots by Danner. I was initially going to purchase the same boots I had, but was informed that Danner would be dropping that boot and replacing it with this model. This model averages between 50 and 100 dollars less than the Striker model. With the added bonus of an NFPA certification for blood borne pathogens. Boot has the wonderful Cross Tech Quad Comfort system that feels like you are walking on air. Very pleased with this boot.

This is, in my opinion, the best EMS boot on the market today. Excellent construction and quality. Very comfortable. Although I am retired, I still own a pair just for comfort and safety in my everyday life.
