great allround boots

I wear a size 15 shoe, and these were all they had too fit me.

we got 15 pairs at one time thu a grant we got and 5 pairs have split just behind the steel shank at the toe.

Received a pair in January. So far they are dry, comfortable, sturdy. The only thing I don't like is the bulk. They just feel big and they are heavier than my old Rangers.

our dept. has these i find them comfortable and great all around for all fires.
its great at brush fires cuse u can walk right threw flames and not get hot 1 bit.
ps. always were socks last fire we had was a field fire and my feet didnt do so good wld have gotin a pair but just woke up and didnt now wat 2 do.

this is a nice boot i had mine for 4.5 years before the dept. switched boots

I was issued a pair of these guys, I found that they didn't rub my feet as badly as my last pair of bunker boots and they offered decent traction in the fields for fighting tractor fires.
I really cant compare them against anything else as I don't know what the brand was of the first pair I was issued but these are head and shoulders above those POS's
