Fallen Firefighter: Michael Esposito

Ex-Captain Michael Esposito of Baldwin Fire Department fell ill while responding to a residential fire, complaining to other firefighters on-board the apparatus of experiencing chest pain. Several minutes after arrival at the scene, EMS personnel evaluated Espositos condition and subsequently transported him to the South Nassau Communities Hospital where he passed away from a cause still to be determined.
