  The most powerful men of all history have been men of many words
  but the most influencial of all leaders have been the ones who use the few.

  Traditional politics require long tedious negotiations when sometimes,
  a few powerful words can move mountains quickly !

  Everyone has stories to tell and in retrospect, all stories can be narrowed down to just a few words ! It doesn't matter weather you are a leader of nations, a leader of a few or just an individual who cares about many, a simple few words can speak volumes, just as a picture can speak a thousand words.

  Soldiers, Navy and Airmen have stories of horrific experiences that only come over the radio in a few words. " Ohh my God, Jesus Christ, This is it ! , Lord forgive me, Love you guys , Susan I love you and the kids !".
  A communications specialist must listen to this and not be considered a combatant but is required to maintain discipline and "move on" !

  It Takes its toll !! Those who know, know ..

  The following is a list of just a few words that changed history but unfortunately these are statements the we forget or forget not to teach.

  Some of these are mine from personal experience and the others are from friends of mine or important historical figures. Can you name who said these " few powerful words " ?

  " Ich bin ein Berliner"!

  " Ask not what your country can do for you, Ask what you can do for your country " !

  " We choose to do these things not because they are easy, but because they are hard" !

  " Mr. Gobachev .. Tear down this wall " !

  " Why can't we all just get along " ?

  " Implications are insinuations and are therefor a breech of security !

  " I shall return".

  " Honor umong pilots: ( a sequnce of just a few words )

  " He's on your tail !!! I see him !! I have you covered !! Break right and give me
  a clear shot !! Copy that ! I see him !! I see him !! Break !! Break !!
  I'm all over him !!! gKJHFKJHHJK !!! I just Nailed his wing !!!! He's smokin !!!
  Holy shit !! He's in a spin !! Eject, god damded it !! Eject !!! Shit !!!
  He ejected !!!,.....logging coordinates, stand by..notify rescue .. Scratch one
  aircraft but we have a downed enemy pilot succesfuly ejected !! Coordinates as follows ,,,,,,,,,,,,, and he was good !! Copy that, thanks. " Let's hope we don't have to do that again" ! "Amen buddy " !! Is he ok ?? " Yeah I saw his chute". " He was good ". " I hope this god damdned war is over soon cause I'd like to meet him. He was a damded good pilot".
  " uuuhh copy that !! " Me too ". "Uuuugh no more Bogeys". "Let's....... just go home".
  "See you on the ground buddy , we'll talk about this later". " Copy... goin home ".

  " Honor in science and space flight:
  ( Just a few words spoken and not heard which changed history)

  " Verify !!! We have fire in the cockpit " !!!!!

  " Huston,, we have a problem "
  " Failure is not an option "

  " If you lose your cool, your mission is doomed".
  " Sometimes the little people have big things to say "
  " Thiokol is on the line and saying " please don't launch "".
  " I "think" were good to go". ( never assume )
  " Our computers are working hard here, there is a problem with trajectory "!!
  " Somebody get on it "! ( Who )?
  " Obviously a major malfunction "
  " Copy that " , " The vehicle has exploded "
  " Notify rescue and lock it up"! " No phone calls in or out "!
  " Gather your data " !

  " Cold hearted professionalism within the midst of tragedy " !

  " In science you shall not speak before you know unless you have a question".

  " Without effective communications within the team, the mission is doomed to failure ".

  " The hardest of times shall test the will and integrity of all men".

  " One mistake made should be regreted and never forgoten or repeated
  but should be a lesson taught forever".

  " True heroes are selfless and deserve to be remembered and mirrored ".

  " I am a soldier, not one threatening, but a soldier trained to save lives and just
  searching for peace ".

  " No matter what anyone says, I am who I am and peace and cooperation is priority number 1 "!

  " Hindsight is a lesson "

  " Your best friend is the one who trusts you as much as you trust him ".

  " Peace can only be achieved through compromise".

  " I have heard them scream " oh my God " in times of desperation,
  although they professt to be atheist"'

  " Those not willing to compromise only seek conflict and think of themselves".

  " Globaly short term complacency can have long term devastating effects on a global scale " !

  " There are too many who care about so few and not enough who care about the many and this is a recipie of attitude that will doom humanity ".

  " The rewards of progress are exceeding our ability to use it wisely".

  " The classic conflict between science and religion has yet to be resolved ".

  " it is the one who asks so many questions that will gain the most knowledge ".

  " It is the patience, selflessness and dedication of the teacher that ensures the spread of the wealth of knowledge ".

  " Your first question when learning a language should be, how to ask a question".

  " We are alone on Earth ,for the moment, but we shall soon realize that we are not alone inside the scale of the Universe ".

  " A scientist is one who learns and thinks ahead ".

  " A scientist considers the impossible as sometime in the future possible.

  " Inventors are scientists who find a solution to a problem that does not yet exist but will.

  " Nessecity is the mother of invention ".

  " Picture the end of the Earth, What would you do as the last man "or" woman on earth "?

  " Those who don't listen will never learn and can't propose a question ".

  " A scientist is that person that never gives up when humanity is at stake ".

  " Some Scientists may not be religious but they have faith ".

  " The result of war should always be peace".

  " The pen is mightier than the sword ",

  " Purposeful and willful ignorance is a crime against humanity".

  " Anger and conflict creates the problems that create anger and conflict".

  " Predjudice is a form of thouhgt that is taught and not inherent ".

  " The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one ".

  " Your best friend is nearby , just knock on his door and say hello ".

  " The most meaningless question is the one that is not asked ".

  " If you think Cops are pigs, who will you call when your house gets robbed "?
  " Complacency can have lethal effects
  " Ignorance is a poor excuse but it is not a crime unless you know ".

  " If you are feeling sorry for yourself, you will always be alone ".

  " " Famous or Infamous " Which would you rather be "?

  " Riding a motorcycle is like flying a helicopter while driving on four wheels is like flying a fixed wing aircraft".

  Although I am a soldier by nature I have always had nothing but respect ( NBR ) for firefighters and rescue personnel . A true soldier of the US Army has no prejudice against any service or any person and respects the jobs they do. Fire and Rescue is sometimes unlauded just as the military , only appreciated when you are needed. But the reward of saving just one life , friend or enemy, outweighs the criticism that you have to accept.
  I became a member of Police Link and Fire link out of respect for all you do.
  As a soldier , I fought a few wars, but you fight a war every day !!! N. B. R. !!!!!!
