not a problem, thats what im here for, things like are bad enough, then when they are local, and when a face and personality are put to the story, well, you know. well at least youll have plenty of relaxin time once your shift ends today. Kick back, crack a cold one, and chill :) im good, gettin over some god awful cold/flu thingy, its kept me out of the gym for the past week, all work and no gym makes phil cranky lol

Ok....so, this is going to sound weird, but try it when you are having a bad day, and you will see that it becomes trendy with others around you and you all start feeling like your having a Great day again..
So...here it is.....Start laughing, and then laugh harder, and then you know what....you will just start laughing so hard cause you feel weird and happy, but you will feel much better.
Let me know how it works when you are having a bad day, and if someone tells you , you are weird. Just say ya, but my bad day just got better with the laughter, and how do you feel. You should try it. Laughter is good for the body and your perspective on life feels better with more laughter. OK.....OK......So, you think that was weird, and that I am too.....but don't you feel better. Guess what I feel better......lol

I am very sorry to hear of your loss. How long had the two of you been together/friends/partners? When you have been together like that, you become more than any of the formentioned though and I can not immagine K, dont want to try to immagine) what you are going through right now. Sorry.
