    No problem. I only have one question, why is everyone requesting me to be on their friend list?? You really do not even know who i am. I joined\signed up to this sight trying to get some ideas for future training in my department and have been greeted with lots of friend invites. I guess i do not really understand how this sight works??? Any insight into this would be helpful
