Hey there, My last was station was early 1980's on the U.S.S. Kalamazoo (I think that's the right spelling LOL) AOR6 , It was a Fast Attack Oiler. hahaha......... I look back now and I loved every minute I was in the Navy. I enjoyed all the men and women I served and prayed with.

Ok....so, this is going to sound weird, but try it when you are having a bad day, and you will see that it becomes trendy with others around you and you all start feeling like your having a Great day again..
So...here it is.....Start laughing, and then laugh harder, and then you know what....you will just start laughing so hard cause you feel weird and happy, but you will feel much better.
Let me know how it works when you are having a bad day, and if someone tells you , you are weird. Just say ya, but my bad day just got better with the laughter, and how do you feel. You should try it. Laughter is good for the body and your perspective on life feels better with more laughter. OK.....OK......So, you think that was weird, and that I am too.....but don't you feel better. Guess what I feel better......lol

Hey there sunshine! Been awhile since I stopped by here....hell, been awhile since I've been on here. Hope all is going well...not looking forward to the test, the only part that worries me is the drug does for everything that ISN'T in the algorithms. Oh well, we'll see! Take care :)
