Wow, thats hardcore. Was the academy really intense? Did you have any girls in your academy? Since I started taking fire science classes, I was always the only girl but I did really good so the guys were very cool. But I am scared for the academy now. I dont know how the guys will act. :/

I actually get super excited when I go on ride-alongs. The picture you commented on was taken this summer when I was in Boston. I was at the station buying a shirt and talking to the guys and next thing you know the alarm goes off and one of the guys said " Hey ladies wanna go on a ride, and I was like totally, lets go." So that pretty much made my summer. :)

Hey, I just read your comment about the NR. Thanks so much. I am actually getting a book tomorrow from a buddy that just took his and he said the test was not bad at all. He said to study all the test we had in class and study from the book he is giving me. Take care

haha, most of them didn't know someone was taking a picture. The one I didn't put up was the first picture they took, I had my back turned some the guy yelled my name, I was in the middle of saying "what" when he took it.... looks pretty funny. That was a fun ride though.

Haha yea, probably. We have like 4 more but they are all retired. Did you see the picture for the memorial day parade with 21 of us crammed in the back of our heavy rescue? (8-9).. the max. capacity is 4... oops haha

haha oh man, yea none of the guys have done that to me. Let's see, they once put a squished empty can in my boot, and I didn't know about it until I went to put it on at a drill and just about jumped out of my skin because I didn't know it was there.... there was this one time we were at a parade and they told me to hold this can, just as my dad walked by little did I know it was a can of beer lol. We like to have fun with each other lol

Aw thanks lol. I think that was the picture that we took when we told that kid to go see if there was something clogging the nozzle... then when he opened it to look it sprayed him in the face. We were getting kind of bored watching leaves burn lol.
