    Thanks for the add, friend! You seem to have quite a bit under your belt. Good job! your definently someone I can learn from, i like it! How do you like Texas? My bf and I were watching one of those house flip/buying shows and this family got our dream house for 220k and I told Tone, we are moving to TEXAS! but he and our buddy wont do it...what's wrong with Texas?? lol I gotta ask!
    Anyway, my grandfather back when he was about my age was a fire marshall in Texas, then they got to jerking him around so he bounced Texas and came to Cali.
