That's hilarious! Just on a larger scale because, you just don't get an SF tat, you know what I mean? Not unless you've "been there, done that" sort of thing. Anyway. That's cool you even started the Q course, I can promise that was some tough stuff. I know exactly what you mean about the settling down thing now. I have two boys, wife, the works, and that is how I want to live my life, no bullcrap of, I'm here this week and gone to who knows where for a year and half, if I'm lucky. Stay safe and keep in touch.

You couldn't have said it better! We tend to get so wrapped up in "We're this, and we're that".....Only to forget what we did/were before we got in the service, or what we will be later in life. You're right, it's those same POG's who help do the crap that you definitely don't want to do, so, my hat's off to 'em. As far as the other branches, it was always fun to pick on and ridicule the "Chair Force", but I promise you right now, if I had it to do over, it would have been in the Air Force. It always seemed everywhere I went that they had the better living conditions, etc. Anyway, good to hear from you, take care, and keep in touch.
P.S. Funny story I thought you'd enjoy. When I did OSUT, we had a guy who kept having trouble passing something or got in trouble. Three weeks out from graduation, we had the Christmas Exodus, he gets a tattoo of the "crossed pistols" with "US Army MP" on his upper arm. When we got back he lied about something for his security clearance, and they re-classed him 11 bang bang! I guarantee you he didn't get a warm welcome.....lol. Take care.

Stop-loss sucks brother, sorry about that. Yeah, MP's and 11 bang-bangs usually don't mix, but all of that is just our rediculous pride getting in the way most of the time. I pray that you have a safe remaining tour, keep your head up, and keep in touch.

I was multi-purpose when I was in brother! Just kidding, I was an MP. Not the most popular, I know, but that's what I did. 31B20. Are you a medic?
