    so I had my first hands on firefighting lab this weekend, and let me just say that I have a new found respect for the people that do search and rescue. MY GOD! ( in my defense I was a lil under the weather) but that kicked my ass! and it was a sneaky ass beating... I didn't know I was beat until I tried to get out of the car at the station to put my gear away. I honestly thought I was going to die! Im not sure I have EVER been so sore. That was Saturday, this is tuesday, and my glutes STILL ache. lol.... So to all of you who do search and rescue. I commend you on a job well done... It IS a tough one.
