Summary: At first he comes off as a man in charge and that you are not sure if you can work with someone who is so strong willed, but after you get to know him, you know that if something were to happen, he would be one of the first people there to help you out. He looks out for everyone in his department and everyone he works with, because in his eyes, everyone around him is like his family. There is nothing Todd can not do when he puts his mind to it.

Summary: Todd is a great guy. He has taken time off his busy schedule to come down to my department and look at engines and offer support from their facility. The training center is an excellent place to learn and practice those essential skills needed by firefighters be it small rural departments like mine or industry and city municipal services. He’s quick with a smile and has an excellent sense of humor to go with it.
