    My DH got his FF training doing 4 years in theUSMC (from 88-92 AD and the following 3 inactive) He got out for about 7 years and was making me crazy so I "Encouraged" him, about 7 years, to go play with the Nat. Guard one weekend a month and he is now working AD on base for them and just signed what I think will be his last set of enlistment papers.

    Hey! I tip my hat to you, sir. We have a dangerous job in the fire service...but you also being a Marine. I give you a standing ovation! Thank you. Yes, I was on Dixville FD for abotu 5 years. That is just across the county line from Perryville. I transferred to a new station in McAfee just north of Harrodsburg about 10 months ago, though.
