dont care how long ago it was still impressive--------my claim to fame is i was once part of tactical supply wing who were back in the 80's the only unit to perform rotas turning refuels on helicoptors. we were on permanant 72 standby incase anything "kicked off" in the world, loved that job!!!!!!!! the rest of the base we were stantioned on hated us because we wore green all the time not airforce blue and were considered arrogant, but we earned that right

helicoptors-----puma gazelle chinook huey's from various countries, fixed wing---tornado various variants and countrie,f3 phantom c130 harrier jump jet f16 during the 1st gulf war as our american associates didn't believe we could refuel it with the engines running------anyway always pleased to pull up a sandbag and reminice about the old days with friends and allies
