Hello again people of the Fire and Rescue community. Sorry for the long absence, hope everyone is well and staying healthy. I've been busy with my kids; my two boys are playnig indoor soccer and my daughter is playing basketball. We just bought our first home on three acres and I live about twenty five yards from the edge of the woods. I don't have far to go from home to hunt. Work has been very hectic staying out tilll about 9:00 at night making sure everyone gets their bills and junk mail. I'm sure all of you as well have been busier than a tri-athlete.
There is alot going on around this great country of ours and I pray none of you have taking a beating, If you have I'm sorry to hear, may God bless you and keep you in his care. I would like to say and share more, but for now, may our Great God keep you all close.
Encourage you to pursue Paramedic career. Investigate the area you would like to work. So many different requirements that are out there. Like our cities age limit of 35 for new hires. I know, bummer. Good luck!!

ONE FOOT IN THE BLACK
Thank you all for the comments and the friendly conversation. I am looking into taking paramedic classes and becoming a certified, any advice or direction would be great.
GOD bless you all and safety be with you.
Spent last couple of days cleaning up after storm and tornado that affected our neighborhood. I only lost limbs and power. Two blocks over people have major damage. The tornado path barely missed my house, my father in law next door, and my fiance. the next street over. Not a large tornado, just 105 mph winds. But the falling trees did most of the damage.
