Easy for volli but tough for paid. Get FF1 & 2 plus at least emt and you might have a chance. A good fire academy helps.

My father was a firefighter. I grew up at the department . I started in a junior program but at some point I had to focus on school , work , family . Now I'm back with a volli department. I'm still considered a probie. lol
