These days I'm not so into running into the house . Married with kids and would like to live a little longer. It's dangerous stuff. I'm training for pump operation and driver. My job will be make sure the truck gets there and back and keep the water flowing .

Yes we had to do 24 hrs ride along with the ems crews and also had to do 24 hrs in the hospital ER. Plus we had to be able to show our skills to the Medical control director. Which really suciked because he just sat there and drilled you with questions.

We just had so much stuff you had to memorize. The route of blood thru the heart was the biggie. you got to remember all you wights and ages for so much stuff and need to be able to have a quick thinkin mind when everything starts crashing......

The emt class is stressful and sometimes boring. trust me i took it and i had a hard time with it but i love wat i do now.
