Could not ask for any better over this way. Weather is crazy which keeps us guessing lol Jeep is covered in mud from playing earlier on some trails. My fellow members in my department are the best a brother could ever want to work with.

well not much i could complain about except when is that damn test going to be given lol and i just been having these weird pains in my upper chest in the middle behind my ribs and it feels like some kind of pressure so im goin to have to have that looked at sometime if it doesnt go away.. but other than that im doing pretty good so not much to complain about after all im still alive so i cant really complain lol so how about you ?

That sux, my wife's family lives just outside of Clevland, and in Ciahoga Falls. They have always wanted us to move up there, i kinda glad i didnt.

it's goin perty good I reckon. I've lost about 40lbs, I'm up to 275 on squattin and did 125 on the weight bench the other day, though I seriously think I could have done a lil bit more

lol well thats good to hear now i dont feel soo bad anymore hahaha i been making too many runs to the kictchen at 2 am along with me not working as much due to hrs being cut i was the once who was always running the steps and taking the racks down nothing can beat me the other day my boss was like go to the storage room and get one of the manaquins up here so i did and they arent too light around 75 lbs and 6ft i turn the corner and knock its head in the wall and all i can think of is me having to rescue someone and i knock them in a wall and they go unconsious lol O MAN HOPE NOT
