    Im lucky, what saaved me was the SCBA crash cage hiting the ground and stoing me from compressing my neck anymore.

    Another trainee had the hose wrapped around the base of the ladder, I was up on the ladder and he turned the hose on, I fell and landed on my head, compressed my neck to the point of fracturing a vertibrae, needed surgury. but im totaly fine now if not better.
