  Wel still waiting on first torture session, but trying some excercises at home and starting to get back some range of motion. I got another doc appointment the 31st but not cleared for work yet, sucks. Still in a lot of pain though. good that your keeping it up, need to get back on the perverbiable bicycle, so to speek.   Hey Teresa, hows my favorite Yupper? they took off the cast and put me in a restriction brace that only lets me move the arm one direction, but sutures look good, I will barely have a scar. Anyway thought I'd give you an update, catch ya later

  Hey there,,,good to hear your physical torture is almost done. Mine will probably start soon as I see doc on the 17th of this month. guess they want me to rest it up good for now, but I'm ready to come outta this dang splint as soon as they will let me. Arm feels stiff but the good pain drugs help,,,lol. Anyway it is always a pleasure to hear from you, and will talk later, Dano.

  I'm not sure if I have picked up many Canadian sayings just yet. I think my family are starting to pick up American sayings instead. But no matter how long I am here I don't think I'll ever get used to my step daughter being able to order fries with gravy at Taco Bell. In The States if you try to do that they will just look at you funny not knowing what you are talking about.
  Ah well, they are working on me though. They try to get me to follow the Jay's instead of the Tigers. The Oilers instead of the Red Wings and they really want me to forget about NASCAR. I guess time will tell who will win this minor battle of wills.

  When Mr.. Wilkins answered the door late in the evening one day after he’d lost his wife scuba diving, he was greeted by two grim-faced policemen. “We’re sorry to call on you at this hour, Mr. Wilkens, but we have some information about your wife.”

  “Well…tell me!” he demanded.

  The policeman said, “We have some bad news, some pretty good news, and some really great news. Which do you want to hear first?”

  Fearing the worse, Mr. Wilkins said, “Give me the bad news first.”

  So the policeman said, “I’m sorry to tell you sir, but we found your wife’s body this morning in San Francisco Bay.”

  “OH MY GOD!,” said Mr. Wilkens, overcome by emotion. Then, remembering what the policeman had said, he asked, “What’s the good news?”

  “Well,” said the policeman, “When we pulled her up she had two five-pound lobsters and a dozen good size Dungeoness crabs on her.”

  “Huh?” he said, not understanding. “So, what’s the great news?”

  The policeman smiled, licked his chops, and said, “We’re going to pull her up again tomorrow morning.”
