well i have been trying to get into an explorer program since last summer but i had to wait until all the new meetings started. and my uncle was trying to get me into one with his neighboring dept. cause one of his friends is in charge of it. but he had a recent call on friday of a 14 month old toddler dieing, and he realized it was one of the firefighters babies that he was working on the same shift with. and the funeral is on the day of the meeting-he was supposed to take me. so im goin to another departments meeting about 10 minutes away from my house its on april 2nd. sorrry i wrote so much -alex-
