I am in Brandon which is right outside of Tampa!! I took EMT in 2004 in sarasota county I was on my way to Paramedic and then the fire academy. With great saddness my mom got diagnosed with alzheimers. I had took care of her for three years along with my four daughters! Hey I would do it all over again shes my mom! She is safe in a ALF now. And it time for me to finish what I started. Noit sure about the fire- I m going to be 43 in Feb. We shall see! I know alot of county here in Florida you must be dual certified, not all of them tho. I just know that this is my passion and I will make it happen!! Im so excited for you Ambulances the whole adraline rush!! you will love it!! Rescue me is one of my favories as well!! Trauma is ok havent seen enough shows to rate it yet! Where are you in Florida?? I am checking into the volunteer ff thing as well!! Hillsborough county is so wishy washy with the rules and are constantly changing them I mean daily it drives me crazy sometimes~!

I to am in florida I chose you to help me LOL Best of luck to you with EMT I am going back as well!! you will love it!! Let me know if my comment wall shows up anywhere?? I can save a life but I cant run this dang computer!! I have no patience with and cant sit still long enough to learn it. In fact I ve thought about throwing the computer in the p[ool a few times!! jk LOL
