That is OK... I just got back from being deployed 124 days in New Orleans conducting Hurricane Rescue and Recovery Operations and when I left NOLA it was 75 to 85 degrees and when I got home it was 20 degrees. I know how you feel!

Hey so what is it like for you when you first got onto a department?
I'm just now starting school and im gonna be starting my EMT class on Monday. Then I'm taking my paramedic and firefighting classes after that. But i was just curious what it was like for you when you first got onto the department.
