Yes that is very true. Will continue to keep you in my prayers during your this time. Unfortunately, the economy is reeking havoc all over but I have seen military bases closing as a problem shown over time. You need the personnel and supplies/ equipment to deal with your situation adequately but do not always have the necessary means to do so. Stay safe. Will talk to you soon.
