Our 4th was rainy and cooler than expected, but the day went on anyway with parades & fireworks between showers. St. Louis is gearing up for the All Star Game big time!! Can't hurt, and even gets the city looking pretty good. Sorry to hear about your departments equipment failure. Comes under the heading of "crap happens", and may I add, always at the worst time! I know from past experience!! Heard anything more from job that you were trying to get?? Post soon....Uncle Jon

Its going here too...............lots of rain, settling in to a new job (working night shift), working some shifts at JPAD, recently promoted to Lt. on my Department. You are only a mile away from the epicenter?!!! Your mom would kill me dead if anything happens!
